Cancellation policy:

​

• At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation amount is required. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

• For groups of more than 20 people, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

• For cancellations made from 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

• In case of early departure, the cost of the following 3 nights from the day of departure will be charged.

• In case of no-show or late arrival, the deposit paid will be retained.

• The quotation is valid and can be accepted until the day before arrival; actual availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Pets are not allowed unless confirmed by management.
